📱 Navigation with Ride with GPS
We use the Ride with GPS app to share routes and navigation for all our bike tours.
Through our Tour Operator account, we provide you with ready-to-use routes, designed and tested by our team, so you can easily follow each day of your itinerary.
You will receive an invitation link before your trip, allowing you to access your routes directly on your smartphone.

🔗 How to access your routes
You will receive an invitation link by email before your tour starts.
To access your routes:
- download the Ride with GPS app on your smartphone
- open the link we send you
- log in or create a free account
- access your tour event and view your routes day by day
Once the routes are downloaded, you can use the app even in offline mode during your ride.
📶 Offline navigation
All routes can be used offline, so you don’t need mobile data while riding.
We recommend downloading your routes in advance, so you can navigate easily even in remote areas.

🧭 Using the app on self-guided tours
On self-guided tours, the Ride with GPS app is your main navigation tool.
You will use it to follow each day’s route, check distances and elevation, and navigate from one stop to the next.
At the welcome meeting, we will also provide you with trip notes — a useful handbook with information about the places you visit, highlights along the route, and suggestions for meals.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage guests to use the app as their primary navigation tool.
If you prefer, we can also provide a printed map with elevation profile on request.
🚴 Using the app on guided tours
On guided tours, your guide will lead the group, so you don’t need to use the app for navigation.
However, we still share the routes in advance so you can:
- preview each stage of the tour
- check distance and elevation
- get familiar with the itinerary before arrival
Trip notes are also provided, offering additional information about the destinations and experiences along the way.
