We chose CicloPosse’s Southern Tuscany tour for our first e-bike trip and we loved it! This trip featured 2 or 3 nights in each town. We loved the hotels and the routes were beautiful. There were many cyclists and walkers on the routes and at the hotels . We were two couples in our 60’s and we felt so young with our extra power up the hills. We did the trip in early June, a gorgeous time of year. Everyone at CicloPosse was friendly and accommodating. We asked for old school turn by turn directions and found them flawless. We give this company and area 5 stars!!

This was a fabulous experience in every sense - majestic 13th century towns, incredible vistas, wonderful caring guides, amazing farmhouse accomodation, a world class chef, a genuine family with local knowledge and a generous spirit wanting you to feel and live the Tuscan way. We felt like we had the privilege to be brought into their world and didn’t want to leave. The cycling was outstanding and cooking lessons encouraging and informative - I highly recommend you do this!

Our 6th European bike trip over the last 10 years, with six different providers. Cicloposse was the best by far. Service was very personalized. They were super responsive to any texts and requests, going above and beyond every time. If they are in the area we choose next time, we will definitely use them again!

The kind folks at Cicloposse put together an absolutely amazing itinerary of cycling, agriturismo, unique hotel, cooking classes, epic rides, unforgettable dinners and much more family as we rode through the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Even during the unguided portions where we went along on our own they were very helpful to make sure we were taking very good care of. Had such a great time on my e-bike tour through Tuscany with Cicloposse!! The guides were wonderful- really fun and personable, the chef was amazing and Tuscany is just gorgeous. What a great way to see some of it. Giuliana and her crew do a great job. I always felt safe and taken care of. The villa we stayed in was really comfy and beautiful and the staff there was really nice and accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone! Make sure you are in shape though, even on an e-bike it’s not easy!

Are your Italy bike tours guided or self-guided?

We offer both. Self-guided trips are private: ride at your pace with GPS routes and our team on call. Guided tours include a local guide and full support; they can be private or on scheduled dates.

Do you provide luggage transfers?

Yes. On multi-day tours we transfer your luggage from hotel to hotel so you can ride light—on both guided and self-guided trips.

Where are you based, and where do you operate in Italy?

We’re a fully licensed tour operator based in Tuscany. We design cycling journeys across Italy, including Tuscany, Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily, Umbria, and Piedmont.

What bikes will I ride on a Cicloposse tour?

You’ll ride our own, professionally maintained bikes—chosen for the terrain and your riding style: road, gravel, e-gravel, e-bike and hybrid. Availability depends on the tour.

How fit do I need to be?

Our itineraries range from easy to moderate and more challenging. We’ll recommend the best tour and bike based on your riding level, comfort on hills, and goals.
