Our Cycling & Cooking Tours are Cicloposse’s signature experiences: fully guided, culturally immersive journeys that connect cycling, cuisine, and Italian lifestyle.
These tours are designed and operated directly by Cicloposse and combine daily bike rides with hands-on cooking classes, winery visits, food producers, and authentic cultural experiences.
More than a vacation, they are active gourmet journeys: cycling through iconic landscapes, cooking with local chefs, tasting local wines, and connecting with Italy through what we ride, cook, and share.

What makes these tours different
Active gourmet
A unique blend of cycling adventure, culinary travel, and cultural immersion — designed for travelers who want to experience, not just visit.
Hands-on cooking
You don’t just taste — you cook. Hands-on classes, demonstrations and shared meals create real connection with local traditions.
Meet food producers
Go beyond tasting menus: meet farmers, winemakers, olive oil producers and artisans to understand the “why” behind iconic dishes.
Cycling into the landscape
Riding through vineyards, villages, white roads, and rural Italy creates an intimate connection with place — landscapes become lived, not just seen.
Transformational travel
Travel that changes perspective. Not just memories — but inspiration, learning, and a deeper understanding of Italian lifestyle and culture.
Not only for cyclists
These tours are also perfect for non-cyclists traveling with cyclists.
Partners, friends or family members who don’t want to ride can still join the experience — cooking classes, tastings, cultural visits, food experiences and shared stays.
Top-quality bikes
Premium bikes are part of the experience. Riding great bikes is part of a great trip.
And yes — the only downside is that when you go home you’ll want to buy a new one.
