Day 1: Welcome to Tuscany

Arrival at Chiusi Station – Transfer to Villa   

Begin your adventure with a warm Italian welcome and a light lunch at our charming country villa. Settle in and join us for an introduction to the week’s itinerary and the fundamentals of deep, controlled breathing. Learn how to engage your respiratory muscles and diaphragm, setting the stage for the days ahead.

Day 2: Exploring the Scenic Villages

Loop Bike Ride: Cosona, San Giovanni d’Asso, Montisi, Castelmuzio & Cheese Tasting   

Start your day with the Sun Salutation for Cyclists a morning yoga session designed to awaken your body.
(The “Cyclist’s Sun Salutation” will be proposed every morning before breakfast) 

After a nourishing breakfast, embark on a scenic ride through enchanting Tuscan villages. Enjoy a cheese tasting for lunch.

Today’s lesson: how to maintain a relaxed posture while cycling, focusing on shoulder relaxation and torso stability.

Day 3: The Rolling Hills of Crete Senesi

Bike Ride: Crete Senesi, Monte Oliveto  Maggiore 
Cycle through the stunning Crete Senesi and visit Monte Oliveto. Embrace the meditative power of deep breathing to conquer climbs and experience the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.
Today’s yoga session, The Warrior’s Breath will enhance your focus and stretch your legs and hip flexors.

Day 4: Wellness and Relaxation at Bagno Vignoni

Bike Ride: Bagno Vignoni – Hot Spring Natural Pool   

Ride to the historic hot springs of Bagno Vignoni and soak in the therapeutic thermal waters. Our yoga practice today will emphasize upper body stretches for the neck, shoulders, wrists, and arms, helping prevent injuries and promoting relaxation.

Day 5: Majestic Radicofani and the Power of Yoga

Bike Ride: Radicofani and Rocca   

Discover the medieval charm of Radicofani and its fortress. Today’s focus is on back health, with yoga stretches for the lumbar region, abdominal strengthening, and backward bends. Engage in Power Yoga to enhance muscle strength without adding bulk, ensuring a pain-free cycling experience.
Tonight Pizza: It’s not a vacation in Italy if you don’t enjoy an authentic pizza at least one evening.

Day 6: Montalcino and the Essence of Core Strength

Bike Ride: Montalcino – Brunello Wine Tasting   and lunch at cellar

Conclude your week with a ride to the renowned wine region of Montalcino. Savor the exquisite Brunello wines and participate in our final yoga session, Yoga4Cyclists Core Strength
Strengthen your core muscles, including abdominals, glutes, and back, ensuring stability and power on and off the bike.

Elisa Bava is not just a certified yoga instructor; she’s an Italian professional singer, performer, and vocal coach, with an extensive career that includes touring the world for over 15 years, recording with international DJs, signing with Universal Music, and even participating in prestigious music competitions like the “Eurovision Song Contest.”
Now, she’s dedicated to using her voice and deep connection to music as powerful tools for healing and transformation.

Elisa’s passion for cycling led her to explore the most beautiful destinations in Tuscany, Burgundy, and Provence, where she fell in love with the synergy between cycling, yoga, and the art of living well—especially when it comes to food and wine, a passion rooted in her Piedmont heritage.
